Ordering our cake toppers

How Long?

As each I,Dwarf cake topper is individually hand-sculpted, please allow up to four weeks for delivery. If you’re in a hurry, we can deliver within 10 days for an additional ‘fast track’ charge of £55. The detail and accuracy of our cake toppers means we have limited monthly output, so we recommend you place your order as soon as possible. How much?

We don’t have complicated pricing menus. An I,Dwarf cake topper is £147 and that includes robust, secure packing and free postage to UK mainland destinations.

How to book?

We don’t need a deposit before we start work, but we do need your photos!

There will be "No Deposit" if you place your order within 4 weeks of receiving an response from us to your request. In any other situation 30% deposit will be applied.

"No deposit" means, the bill needs to be settled on completion of your order. Once is ready we will send you an image of your cake topper and require your approval. After payment has been received, the item will be shipped to you as earliest.

What happens next?

On receiving your photos (please read Photos & Images Requirements section), we’ll call you to confirm the delivery date and ask any questions we may have. If you’re happy with everything, just tell us and we’ll start work.
Once you have confirmed your order, cancellation or further changes are not possible, though we will do all we can to accommodate any reasonable request.

How to pay?

When your I,Dwarf cake topper is ready, we’ll email you a photo for your approval. At this stage, we’ll request your payment for £147, plus any fast track or overseas shipping charges if applicable.
You will pay only if you like your cake topper.

Photos & Images Requirements

Remember, the I,Dwarf cake topper price of £147 includes all unique detailing, so it’s essential you give us as much visual reference as possible – and let your imagination run free! Have a look at our Gallery page for inspiration.

When placing your order, please provide photos that show us:

*   The wedding outfits of the bride and groom (or other outfits if it’s not a wedding cake topper)

*   Clear close-ups from at least two different angles so we can see your facial and body features

*   Tell us your eye colour, and hair colour and styling if they’re not clear from the photos

*   Send us photos of props (e.g. musical instrument) or any pose you want us to include.

*   Provide a daytime contact phone number in case we have questions

*   Tell us the address where you want the cake topper delivered, with a contact phone number for the person who will receive the parcel.
